The subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing cycle at the rate agreed upon at the time of your subscription.
You may change your plan or cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your HomeworkAI account dashboard and clicking the "Manage Subscription" button, or by contacting support. Please note that the cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will not receive a refund for the billing period in which you cancel.
By subscribing to HomeworkAI services, you confirm your understanding of, and consent to, the subscription fees, the frequency of payments, and the automatic renewal of your subscription.
Refund Policy
We aim to provide a satisfactory experience using our HomeworkAI service. Please read our refund policy to understand the terms for refunds.
Refund Eligibility
The refund request must be made within three (3) days of the original Contract purchase. Please note that refunds only apply to your current subscription. We do not provide refunds for previous months' charges or any additional costs incurred on your account.
Refund Process
To request a refund, email our customer support at [email protected] with your full name, email address, and reason for requesting a refund. We will review your request and, if eligible, process the refund to the original payment method within 7 business days.
Service Modifications and Price Changes

Termination
